C-IQ Certification for our Director, Martha Simpson
We are delighted that Martha is one of the first Executive Coaches globally to have achieved Certified C-IQ Coach status bringing to clients the opportunity to improve Conversational Intelligence leading to stronger and more effective relationships and impacting on organisational culture. This work integrates all we learning from the field of neurochemistry and all we know about effective communication. With a range of models and individual and 360 assessments it offers in depth conversations and learning for individuals teams and organisations.
In our experience of working with client organisations collectively and individually, we know that communication is often at the heart of organisational challenge, conflict and less than inspiring performance. At the same time improving the effectiveness of Conversations is foundational to excellence.
Happy to chat with interested organisations about the potential of this new addition to our toolkit.

We’re supporting Excellence!
We were delighted recently to support one of the Employee Excellence Awards of Argyll & Bute Council. Below you will see some photos of one of our Associates, Alf Hatton presenting one of the award to Jean Holles, Manager of the Year 2016.
We have been delighted this year to work with the Senior Team at Argyll & Bute Council on their leadership aspirations and journey, and it is great to see this vision being implemented for managers too. We look forward to continuing to share this leadership journey and support recognition for excellence.
Concurrent Leadership and Management Development Project
We are delighted to have been awarded a significant contract where we are going to be developing a senior Leadership team at the same time as we are going to be delivering a Management Development Programme for the next tier of potential leaders.
This will give us the opportunity to continue to develop our philosophy of bespoke leadership development as the best approach to leadership development. We are delighted to be able to have this impact on what is already a successful business.
New Associate joins the core Leadership Team
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Waiyin Hatton to work with us on our Executive and Leadership Development projects. Waiyin brings a vast array of skills, experience, and qualities to the table, and we look forward to her joining our core team.
Waiyin’s motivation for joining us is captured in the following comment:

We decided to sponsor the Programme at the cipd Scottish Conference in Glasgow on 7th and 8th March, 2013 and will also be exhibiting at the Conference.

The formal launch of Harvey McMillan was a great opportunity to welcome guests from a variety of companies and background to hear briefly about our vision and goals for Harvey McMillan Associates Ltd, and to enjoy some food and chat over a glass of wine.
Jillian was on hand on the evening to make sure everyone had a great welcome and was pointed in the right direction.
