Concurrent Leadership and Management Development Project

We are delighted to have been awarded a significant contract where we are going to be developing a senior Leadership team at the same time as we are going to be delivering a Management Development Programme for the next tier of potential leaders.

This will give us the opportunity to continue to develop our philosophy of bespoke leadership development as the best approach to leadership development.  We are delighted to be able to have this impact on what is already a successful business.

New Associate joins the core Leadership Team

DSC00767 (1)We are delighted to welcome Dr. Waiyin Hatton to work with us on our Executive and Leadership Development projects.  Waiyin brings a vast array of skills, experience, and qualities to the table, and we look forward to her joining our core team.

Waiyin’s motivation for joining us is captured in the following comment:

“I believe everyone is a star and am, therefore, inspired by the HMA ethos that leadership development is a journey and not a destination. Joining such a first class team of director and associates is in itself energising for me.”

We see this as further affirmation of the attractiveness of our unique approach to Leadership Development which our clients and potential Associates respect and support.

As we have said in a variety of places, when it comes to Leadership Development… sheep dipping does not work!
